1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the conditions below.

2. Return Eligibility

Products must be:

- Unused or gently inspected
- In their original packaging
- Complete with all accessories and parts
- Free from physical damage caused by the customer
- Accompanied by the order details or order number

Products that have been used extensively, damaged by the customer, or returned without required accessories may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A short video showing the issue, if applicable

After verification, we may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

4. Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days, provided the product meets our return conditions.

Return shipping charges may apply for change-of-mind returns.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products with missing parts or accessories
- Products showing excessive signs of use
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- Items returned without prior approval

6. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

2. Tell us the reason for the return.

4. Wait for return instructions from our support team.
5. Send the product according to the instructions provided.

Do not send products back without contacting us first.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, where supported.

Refund processing time may depend on your payment provider or bank.

8. Cash on Delivery Orders

For COD orders, refunds may be processed through an available electronic payment method after the return has been approved. We may request the customer's bank/UPI details for processing the refund.

9. Exchanges

If your product is defective or the wrong product was delivered, we may offer a replacement subject to product availability.

10. Return Shipping

For products that are defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrectly shipped, Massagify may cover the applicable return shipping cost, subject to verification.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
